Darrell Cook determined we had a starter problem and transported the car, my mother and her cat (and me) from Princeton to Beckley to a garage that agreed to stay open to help us. Darrell went above and beyond to determine what was wrong with the car, find a mechanic on a Saturday night and transport us 40 miles to get repaired. This company went above and beyond to make sure that my family was taken care of! Our van broke down on the side of I-77 about 5 miles outside of Princeton. I have a family of 5 and instead of trying to squeeze us all into his tow truck (which would have been fine because his truck was quite spacious), he had brought a second vehicle with him. So my children rode in the 2nd vehicle, while my husband and I were able to experience the tow truck! They were so nice as to take us to TWO hotels until we found a room that would accommodate my family. It was after 10:00pm and they were just so nice and comforting. Was driving on my way to Charlotte and I did the dumbest the dumbest thing you could do. No! Not trying to catch a bat in your hands! But that is dumb! I put regular in my diesel campervan. Ahhhhh. BP the handles are GREEN! Green is for diesel!!!! Anyway. MST scooped me up took me to a great shop. Couldn’t ask for anything more! Always use a net for bats and always check the handle!!!!

On Dec 18 my two college kids were traveling from Wisconsin to North Carolina. They were coming down I-77S above Princeton. Their tire completely blew apart destroying their brake line. After a quick online search, I called Mountain State. I explained the situation and he took care of my kids. He towed the car to a local trustworthy shop, he dropped my kids off at a hotel and he charged me $100 less than my insurance agency. You cannot beat a friendly, local business.
